XLNC Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time size exchange to help you get the perfect fit.
To be eligible for exchange:
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Exchange is allowed only for size issues — not for change of mind
How it works:
- You send the item back to us via any courier or delivery service (cost to be covered by you)
- Once we receive and verify the item is eligible, we'll send the new size free of charge
- One exchange per order only
- Available within Nepal only
Important Notes:
- If the returned item is used, washed, damaged, or fails inspection, it will not qualify for exchange
- In such cases, redelivery of the same item will be at your cost
- No refunds. Exchange only.
